I keep finding threads marked read that I didn't read. Sometimes, if I spend more than a few minutes reading a thread, when I go back to the main menu all the threads are read. This is very annoying, because the 'first unread post' button goes away, and I can't find my place.

Is this something that can be fixed? Is it on my end or the board's end?

I have changed the option for marking posts read to be database driven and not cookie driven. I am hoping this solves the issue.

Welp, now everything is as if I haven't read it yet. After I go through and mark everything read, we'll see whether it keeps track better.
