Slick new theme

We have a new default theme!

The really cool part about VB is I don't have to hack every theme when we install a mod. So I am going to put up about 5 themes. I have one in mind for Baldrick who wants a small top section, one for earth tones, one for the sanity impared, and another one I think is neat. This one is clean so it will be the default but by golly you will have choices!

Sorry! I was trying to go for a sort of soothing, fewer-clashing-colors, look, but I just couldn't figure out which colors had to contrast with which other colors well enough.
